The structure of SLOVNAFT POLAND is adjusted both to the present and future tasks of the company. Company sales and marketing policies preparation and implementation is carried out by the Wholesale Department while the current financial and administrative processes are supervised by IT, Accounting, Planning & Controlling and HR departments.

Wholesale operations are co-ordinated by Wholesale Department and the Logistics Department. The latter deals with import of fuels and supply to depots, optimisation of reserves and providing supplies to the customers. An equally important task is the quality control of sold fuels. 

The Wholesale Department searches for new customers and negotiates the conditions of the co-operation. The employees of this Department often meet the customers in order to strengthen commercial links and to meet the customers' requirements immediately.  It also gathers information on the changes in the fuel market, analyses customers needs and observes the behaviour of other players in the fuel market. Thanks to those operations SLOVNAFT POLSKA preserves its competitive edge.
